Felicitas Phildor: 1- this is the LAND PHONE section2- your cellular provider would not track your cell phone regardless if the battery and SIM card were still in it3- if there is no battery in the phone than there is no way for them to be able to track it - even if they wanted to... same goes for a SIM card not inserted into a phone that is turned on.....Show more
