Debora Soliani: If you are staying at a dorm in college you won't need a car considering that college is right next to your dorm. But if you need to drive somewhere to get something to eat, get a job or have an appointment for something a car would be really useful. Its never the right time to buy a car. If you don't like it or think it! s a waste of money you could always sell it for much more money than what you probably paid for.
