But that is really flimsy criteria to base your choice of agents on, basing your choice on race rather than experience or expertise is really just setting money on fire. There are pl! enty of very successful agents that are black, but they certainly do not hang their livelihood on their skin color. They are successful because they work hard, just as all good agents do.
